Hispanic woman-owned and operated, Avotoasty™ was founded in 2017 by Sofia Pinzon, a native Colombian and avocado-lover who believes that eating nourishing and delicious food as one of the most important forms of self-care. After years of struggling with "making healthy" food choices and focusing on calories and fad diets, Sofia decided to change her mindset to a simple “food is meant to be enjoyed." Avotoasty's menu is simple, delicious and more importantly "go-for-you" food. Sofia's mission is to bring delicious and nourishing food to all corners of the world, that is almost too pretty too eat, and totally 'gram worthy.
